Participants who have been on program in the U.S. before, or those with extensive server experience and advanced English, preferred.
This is a very fast-paced job and servers need to be able to answer questions quickly and learn the different types of ice cream desserts as well as have a full and comprehensive understanding of the menu which will be taught in a manual provided as well as in
training sessions.

Prep Cook

The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing the kitchen before the start of the shift including prepping food for service each day; and stocking the line, pantries or walk-in refrigerators/freezers. Must be able to work under pressure, stand on your feet for long periods of time, be able to work in hot work environment around the ovens and a cold work environment in the freezers and walk in coolers. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently.
Prep Cooks will prepare raw foods for recipes, make recipes, cook foods for menu items and other duties as requested.
