J-1 participants may have rotations in one or both of the hotels, which are about a 10 minute walk from each other. San Francisco is the United State's 17th largest city. Known for its cool summers, dense fog, steep rolling hills, and landmarks like the Golden Gate Bridge, cable cars, Fisherman's Wharf, and the famous Alcatraz Federal Penitentiary. San Francisco is a global center of science, art and culture, and the perfect place to spend your intern or trainee program. Expect to pay $1100+/month for housing based on shared room occupancy. Qualifications: 6+ months experience preferred, but not required. Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 months Accommodations: The host company provides initial housing for 14 nights upon arrival to the US. After that, housing accommodations are acquired independently by the participant with support from Intrax and the hotel. Public transportation: The hotel is located in the Fisherman's Wharf area of San Francisco with ample public transportation available. Arrival Airport: San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is located 30 minutes from the hotel. Airport pickups can be arranged if you provide enough advanced notice of your flight.
