Kim and Ryan are third generation owners, and are hands-on owners and operators. They work side by side with the employees every day serving customers, cleaning tables, and helping to ensure all customers havea positive experience. Frosty’s is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and bar that’s very busy serving families on the weekdays and party people on the weekends.
