The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing the kitchen before the start of the shift including prepping food for service each day; and stocking the line, pantries or walk-in refrigerators/freezers. Must be able to work under pressure, stand on your feet for long periods of time, be able to work in hot work environment around the ovens and a cold work environment in the freezers and walk in coolers.
